Owners, you want to rent out your cottage and Ontario Cottages wants to list your cottage and promote it to your target audience. For a domain like ours to be cost effective for you, and successful for us, we need to secure a minimum of one rental per year for you. That means our cost to you should be less than 10% of your one week Ontario Cottages rental fee. To this end, we will be limiting the number of listings, proportionate to the traffic we generate. We need to balance a good cross section of listings for the public to ensure a minimum of one booking per year per property. We expect and will work toward getting you multiple bookings but regardless of how well we do we still suggest you list elsewhere also. We recommend that Five to Ten Percent of your annual cottage income should be spent on advertising on the Internet.
